IMPORTANT NOTICES
1. If you are experiencing difficulty in filling out this online form, you can download the Registration and Application Form, print it, fill out and send us by ordinary mail or fax.
2. When we receive your application, we will send you a receipt for your enrolment together with bank account details. Only when we have received your payment, you will be fully registered for the congress. On the first congress day you can pick up your invoice at the congress office by showing your receipt. At the same time your congress notebook, nametag and ticket for the Congress Party will be handed out.
3. Prices include lunch buffets for the days you have registered for. Coffee, tea, cakes and fresh fruit will be served during the breaks and are also included in the price. Beverages for lunch are not included. All prices include Danish VAT (25%).
If you have some difficulties with online registration, please get the Main Congress Brochure, print and fill out application and registration form and send it by ordinary mail or fax.
